Participants must wear a securely fastened ANSI, Snell, CPSC or other approved helmet at all times while riding a bicycle at the event.
No sleeveless jerseys. Jerseys must cover upper arm and shoulders.

Registration: Registration is limited to 75 riders for Pro/1/2 race. All other races will be limited to 50 riders. Pre-registration is open on active.com and is recommended.
Early registration will close on August 14, 2009 at midnight. All riders categories 1-4 must have and present a valid USA Cycling License. All other participants (Cat 5 men, Cat 4 women and citizens) must purchase a $10.00 one day license. All riders must complete and sign the USA Cycling release form.
Additional races are $15.00.
Course: The course is a closed oval track closed to vehicular traffic.
Race Time: The first race will begin promptly at 8:00 AM.
Prizes: Awarded to category/ classification. Citizens must purchase a one-day license in order to race with category 5.
Parking: There will be ample race day parking at the event location. Please be courteous to the race venue and dispose of your own rubbish.

Directions: Orange County Speedway is conveniently located in Rougemont, NC (~15mi N. of Durham).

9740 NC Highway 57, Rougemont, NC 27572 (Google Maps)
From the South (Raleigh, Sanford) Two ways:
-Take 70 West towards Durham.
-Exit onto 501 North. Travel towards Roxboro (~15 miles).
-Go through Rougemont, pass into Person County, turn left on NC57
-The track is ~ 1.5 miles on the right after the Go-Cart track.
Or
-Take I-40 West.
-Take Hwy 147N (Durham Freeway) towards Durham.
-Exit off onto Duke Street.
-This runs into 501 North. Travel towards Roxboro (~15 miles).
- Go through Rougemont, pass into Person County, turn left on NC57
-The track is ~1.5 miles on the right after the Go-Cart track.
From the West (Charlotte, Greensboro):
-Take I-85N/40E to exit 161. Turn left passing under the interstate.
-This road will merge with Hwy 70 East, proceed toward Hillsborough.
-Turn left at 2nd light onto Hwy 86N/57N towards Yanceyville for 0.3mi
-At next light, turn right onto Hwy 57N.
-Follow Hwy 57N for ~11 miles. Go straight thru the caution light. The track is
~2.5 miles on the left.
From the East (Richmond, Henderson):
-Take I-85 South to exit 204 (Hwy 96 North) toward Oxford
-Follow Hwy 96 North for ~2.5mi to US 158 West (Roxboro Rd)
-Take US 158 West (Roxboro Rd) to Roxboro (~23mi)
-Take US501S / Hwy 57S from Roxboro (~10mi)
- Turn right on Hillsborough Rd (also Hwy 57 South)
- Speedway is up on right in 1.5 miles after the Go Kart track.
From the North (South Boston):
-Take 501 South.
-Travel thru Roxboro.
-~10 miles out of Roxboro, turn right onto Hwy 57 towards Hillsborough.
-The track is ~1.5 miles on the right after the Go-Cart track.
